Download and Installation

The installation of this program is very simple. Just follow the few steps listed here:

Download the latest stable PDF Printer. (click here to download version 7.1.0.1159)
Run the downloaded setup program.

When the setup has completed you will have a printer called PDF Writer. Now you are ready to print from your other applications.

PDF Converter

The printer uses the Ghostscript PDF converter. Ghostscript is an open source program that is able to convert PostScript to PDF files. It is distributed under the GNU General Public License. More information about Ghostscript is available here.

The setup program can detect if you have a valid PDF converter installed. If it is missing it will download and install it for you. We have a light weight distribution available at this site. Use the link below in case you want to download it manually.
